Chairman's message It is my pleasure, as Chairman of APCCAL and to welcome you to our Annual Conference to be held in Beijing from October 28 to 30 2014. This is the second time that we are holding this event in Beijing and I would like to thank CNCCA to take on the leadership.Through various sources from association members, our collective number of professionals employed in the contact centre industry is estimated to be around 4 million professionals in Asia Pacific. We impact the well-being of our members' professionalism and our efforts are ultimately geared to serve the end customers who receive satisfaction from interaction with our associations' members. The essence of APCCAL is to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge, contacts and experience. Our value is that APCCAL should be fun, influential and creation of win-win among all associations in the region. APCCAL's greatest strength lies in its leadership from leaders of respective associations. We provide opportunities for APCCAL members to connect at the local level. APCCAL strives to be a unifying voice in the contact centre industry in Asia Pacific and to do so we must build relationships with other groups. We work within the related professions to provide authoritative information about our specialty and its role in practice, education and research. APCCAL's members are active members of the local governments, telemarketing, ICT and CRM associations. This Annual event is unique as you will be meeting our associations' leaders from over 11 countries under one roof. They will bring their winning companies to share with you their best practices. My fellow Association leaders and I will be there to welcome you and through the gathering, I am sure we will learn new things from each other and to renew our friendship and commitment to make this industry as one of key economies for Asian countries
